Delete your account
You can delete your BenchMaths account at any time. Deleting it removes your account and everything saved in it.
Delete it yourself (website or Android app)
- Sign in at benchmaths.com or in the BenchMaths app.
- Next to your name at the top right, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Or ask us by e-mail
Write to okancankahraman@gmail.com from the e-mail address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
- Your account: e-mail, name, password hash or Google account ID, sign-up and last sign-in time.
- All saved work: WPS drafts, weight lists, cutting and nesting lists, calculator settings, company profile and logo.
- All your sessions (you are signed out on every device).
What is kept
Nothing linked to you. Anonymous page-view statistics contain no account, IP address or cookie and are kept up to 400 days; web server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Data kept only in your own browser (lists used without an account) is not on our server; clear it in your browser settings.
